1. What these are
A cookie is a short piece of text your browser stores when you visit a site. This site also uses local storage and session storage; they work on the same principle and this policy covers them too.
Without your consent we use four necessary items and nothing else. No measurement or advertising cookie is loaded onto the page before you give that consent.
2. The full list
Everything this site may store in your browser, who sets it, which category it belongs to and how long it lasts.
| Name | Set by | What it does | Category | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| hx_consent | this site | Stores which categories you allowed, with a version number and a timestamp. | Necessary | 12 months |
| hx_lang | this site | Remembers whether you chose the Czech or the English version. | Necessary | 12 months |
| hx_ask | this site | Notes that you have already answered the question in the dialog, so it does not open again. | Necessary | Until the tab closes |
| hx_draft | this site | Holds your enquiry for one session so the confirmation page can show it back if automatic sending is not configured. | Necessary | Until the tab closes |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors so that visits can be counted anonymously. | Measurement | Up to 14 months |
| _gcl_* | Google Ads | Attributes a visit to an advertising click for conversion measurement. | Advertising | Up to 90 days |
| _fbp | Meta | Attributes a visit to a Facebook or Instagram campaign. | Advertising | Up to 90 days |
| _ttp, ttclid | TikTok | Attributes a visit to a TikTok advertising click. | Advertising | Up to 13 months |
| _scid | Snapchat | Attributes a visit to a Snapchat campaign. | Advertising | Up to 13 months |
| _uetsid, _uetvid | Microsoft Ads | Attributes a visit to a Bing search advertising click for conversion measurement. | Advertising | Up to 13 months |
| X, Taboola, Outbrain and MGID identifiers | X, Taboola, Outbrain, MGID | Attribute a visit to an advertising placement. | Advertising | Up to 13 months |
Items in the last two categories are not placed on the page at all until they are allowed. They are not loaded and then expected to behave.
3. Your choice and Consent Mode
The bar shown on a first visit offers three equally weighted options: reject everything beyond the necessary, set the categories yourself, or accept everything. Rejecting closes nothing off, and the bar does not reappear on every page.
Your choice is carried into Google Consent Mode v2. Until you decide, and if you reject, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage and personalization_storage are all set to denied and advertising data redaction is switched on.
The choice is stored with a version number and a timestamp, so it can be shown when and to what you consented.
4. Changing your choice and clearing
Every page has a Cookie settings link in the footer that reopens the bar. Withdrawing advertising consent means the pixels are not loaded on subsequent pages.
You can also delete site data in your browser settings. That clears everything in the table above and brings the bar back.
5. The offline copy of the site
The site can be added to your home screen. Your browser then keeps a copy of the pages, styles, fonts and images in storage belonging to this site, so that pages you have already visited open without an internet connection. Installing is entirely optional and the site works in full without it.
That storage holds no personal data: no form content, no message you typed, no confirmation page after a submission and no address carrying an advertising click identifier. Requests to other servers never pass through it at all, so no advertising pixel can be fetched or stored by it, before consent or after it is withdrawn.
The stored copy is replaced automatically when a new version of the site is published. Deleting site data in your browser, or removing the installed app, clears it completely.
